Cancellation Policies

  • Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before, with a charge of 20% of the total amount.
  • Activity may be cancelled in case of bad weather or closed dock, but you can reschedule your tour for another day or you can request a refund
  • If canceled for medical reasons, a prescription is required to prove it.
  • For any other reason, the 100% charge will be made and there will be no refund.
  • If you want to reschedule your departure you can only 24 hours before.
